We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Crazy Smell is not responsible for shipping delays once your package has left our facility.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If your product arrives damaged or broken, you must provide proof (photo or video) within 7 calendar days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue an exchange for the same item. No exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day period.
